Fees/Policies

  • Travel Charge

    A $35 fee will be charged if your home is 30 miles away from my location.

  • Misc. Maintenance or Lawncare

    $45 fee for doing tasks such as fixing lightbulbs, small paint touch ups, raking, mowing, etc.

  • Maid Services

    $10 on top of hourly rate (ex. $35/hr + fee = $45 hr) for dishes, laundry, organizing, making beds, etc. Excluding Airbnbs or Vacation Homes.

  • Late Payments and Cancellation

    PAYMENT IS DUE DAY OF SERVICES UNLESS DISCUSSED OTHERWISE.

    $50 will be added to the invoice if payment isn't made within 5 days. Day of cancelation will result in an invoice for 30% of the anticipated price of services.
